| Dont buy a home and get a mortgage, unless you have good credit, this is why the economy is suffering. If there were none of these bad credit home loan people giving out subprime mortgages, and idiots with awful credit getting in over their heads, we'd be doing a lot better |

| Buying a home |
| Just a note about good Credit - One of the main reasons that the economy is suffering is because of greed, and mortgage brokers who targeted people with good credit. I Had excellent credit until I refinanced and a greedy broker used us to get more money for himself. Don't ask me how he did it just know that it is possible; now my credit is shot and we don't have a house. There is nothing idiotic obtaining a better rate; which was our goal. This same broker is one of those who put first time buyers into sub-prime mortgages and helped to screw things up on both sides. |

| Home schoolers can't spell? |
| I just read two of the homeschool comments. I saw at least two misspellings in each one. Is that because you went to public schools? Or because you are a homeschooled person? As a retired English teacher, I would NEVER have attempted to home school my daughters, and between my husband and myself we had the liberal arts and the sciences covered since he has a PhD in physics. Let the professionals do it. Remember: you usually get what you pay for. |
